Baking makes me happy. And this cake made a lot of friends & fam verrrrry happy. Hoorah for successful recipes! I made the original recipe my own by substituting sour cream for Astro's Balkan Style Plain Yogourt, substituting 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for whole wheat flour, anddddd instead of using 1 whole gawddamn cup of sugar, I only used 1/2 cup (which made it sweet enough, trust). The raspberries layered all up in there turned purple-ish in colour once baked. And it's called coffee cake 'cause one MUST consume it with a cuppa coffee.
