Just about two Saturdays ago, I randomly decided to spend the day in Hannover. The city's about 60-70 kms from Braunschweig. It's also about twice BS's size! Though it was a cold and rainy (and rather dreary) day, I managed to check out most of the sites I wanted to see (e.g. Markthalle, Neues Rathaus, Maschsee, Nanas, Altstadt, Herrenhäuser Gärten). Anxious to see what Hannovz is like in the summer!
