Whipped up a batch of mini chocolate muffins last night. Pulled the muffin tops off the mini muffins, made some chocolate cream cheese icing, slathered the icing between two mini muffin tops and VOILA! Double Chocolate Mini Sandwiches! Kiss my mocha-brown @ss, Whoopie Pie!!!
