4-layer blueberry cream cheese cake

Ingredients: all-purpose flour, plain cream cheese, salted butter, white sugar, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, eggs, milk, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.

1) cake layer 2) cheesecake layer 3) mixed berries layer 4) crunchy, cinnamon-y streusel layer... This crazy 4-layer cake was too sweet for my liking, and though la familia approved of it with flying colours, I regret not incorporating whole wheat flour into the recipe. I'm slowly learning... there's a difference between baking for myself and baking for others. On Easter Sunday, the fams and I each had a hunky chunky slice of this bad boy... and because of its thickness it was still warm/luscious after over an hour of having come out of the oven!
