The kinda eerie, kinda gaudy, chocolate-y drippy movie poster you see here is my modern re-design [2010] of the original [1971] Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory movie posters. The hefty challenge was to refrain from using photography in the re-design, as movie posters to this day rely much too heavily on symmetrical compositions and flashy photographs. Not long ago, I received a crappy mark on this OCAD assignment, but I care not. The movie was trippy and scary as hell! Its movie poster should reflect that, yes?
